Guided Meditation for Letting Go

Are you feeling the intense energies lately? I sure am. 


I've been interested in astrology my entire life. I have an innate tendency towards spirituality and seek a sense of connection with the cosmos. If you follow astrology, you know that March has been a potent month, with both Mercury and Venus currently retrograde as well as eclipse season. 


While associated with disruptions in communication and travel delays, Mercury retrograde is a great time to look inward to reassess and reevaluate your circumstances and choices, past decisions and communications.


Venus retrograde prompts reflection on and reevaluating love, relationships, values, and finances. Lots have been surfacing for me in this area this month.


And we are in the midst of a transformative eclipse season. We had a blood moon total lunar eclipse on March 14, and this Saturday, March 29, is a partial solar eclipse. This week's eclipse helps us shake up stagnant energy of the past and welcome new energies and shifts that guide us in moving forward in a more optimistic direction. 


As we navigate the changing of the seasons and the intense universal energy we’re most likely all feeling, the time is now for us to let go, trust the process, and make space for newness.
